Kristína works at IBM headquarters in New York as an Intel Sales Leader, where she is currently working on partnering with Intel and jointly scaling sales. She has been with the company for 16 years, having previously led customer satisfaction and advised directly to IBM’s top executives alongside the Bratislava team, and later held the position of Chief of Staff for the Head of IBM Cloud. She believes that the right leadership, honest communication and enthusiasm, combined with smart people, can work wonders. In New York, which she has called home for the past 8 years, she is active in the Slovak Professionals NY community and contributes articles to Sme and Forbes. Even from across the ocean, she remains a big fan of Slovakia, with which she is still connected by family and close friends.
