Lucia works as Head of HR for Fpt Slovakia, where she manages not only HR and employee care, but also recruitment, internal and external communication, events and employer branding. Her goal within HR is to motivate people, create, change and optimize concepts to compete in the predatory IT market. She works on the differentness and uniqueness of concepts to differentiate them from others, for example by hybrid fashion of fusing experiences and emotions and applying individual approaches to the company’s employees. As part of its recruitment activities, its teams have experienced their first experiences with AI. It is constantly trying new things and trying to explore the unknown.
