Radka has been practicing law for more than 20 years. She is a Slovak and Czech attorney at bratis.law. Her favourite topic is labour law and intellectual property law focused on the protection of authors’ rights, from which she also completed her PhD studies. She is also a mediator and arbitrator appointed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Slovak Republic for the negotiation of collective agreements between employers and employee representatives. It is from her many years of collective bargaining that she has sufficient information about working and wage conditions and knows how these conditions may change as a result of the advent of AI.
