Veronika Blašková
Architecture Expert, SAP Slovensko
Veronika Blašková works as an SAP system architect. Her expertise is in complex customer changes, especially acquisitions and divestitures of part of companies and concerns, which she then translates into the SAP environment. As an Architecture Expert and further develops her experience in sales, management and delivery of complex international projects. He also works with technical universities as an expert advisor and tutor for undergraduate theses.

Zora Hollá
IBM Power Technical Sales Leader, Northern Central & Eastern Europe, IBM
Zora leads an international team of hardware architects at IBM. Thanks to her theoretical background, constant study and practical experience, he is also working in the field of Artificial Intelligence and for the last two years very intensively in quantum computing and post-quantum security. In her role as Quantum Ambassador at IBM, she helps clients understand how quantum computers will change our world and how to use them to their advantage.

Veronika Kolejáková

Veronika is a co-founder and COO of Better Stack. Better Stack combines logging, monitoring, incident management, and status pages into a single platform used by more than 150 thousand engineers around the world. Veronika previously worked as a software engineer at Google, Shopify in Canada, a pharmaceutical company, and a biotech startup.

Žaneta Kučarová
Senior UX Researcher, Christian Dior Couture
Žaneta currently works as a Senior UX Researcher at Christian Dior Couture in Paris. During her studies she discovered the world of UX and after school she started working at the technology company Kiwi.com. She recently spoke at Config, a global conference organized by Figma, where she talked about her work at Kiwi.com. From there, her footsteps have already led her to Paris, where she is building UX research within Christian Dior Couture.

Martina Šturdíková
Software Engineering Manager, META
Martina is a manager on the software engineering team at Meta in New York, where she focuses on scaling monetization opportunities on Instagram as well as improving the user experience with ads on new locations. Her leadership is characterized by nurturing talent, building high-performing teams, and paving the way for future software engineering leaders through ongoing coaching and support.

Presentation of the latest results of the Women in IT 2023 survey, mapping female employment potential.
Unique data on women in the Slovak labor market: following the success of last year, we continue to conduct the Women in IT 2023 survey, where we monitor women’s employment potential in the IT sector, explore the main motivators and fears of working in IT, and find out what women know about the IT sector and what they expect from working in ICT sector. We discuss the results with employers in the IT sector. We will be presenting fresh data – we talk about what has changed since last year and discuss how the data will help women steer their careers into IT.

Daniel holds a PhD in mathematical analysis and chaos theory from the former Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Comenius University in Bratislava (MFF UK), now FMFI UK. He worked at MFF UK as a PhD student and assistant professor. In 2002, he left for the private company Centaur, which is now part of the Softec Group. During his time there he designed and implemented several interesting IT projects for leading Slovak companies. Daniel is dedicated to data science and innovative topics such as AI, Data Mesh and Quantum Computing.

Viera Michnová
Head of People and Culture / HR projects, Erste Digital
Viera has been part of the Erste Banking Group for more than 20 years and during this time has worked in various HR positions in subsidiaries covering IT services across the Erste Group in Central Europe. She is currently Head of People and Culture, where she and her team look after more than 2,000 employees in three countries. He supports the corporate strategy and culture, co-creates a safe and diverse working environment, initiates the introduction of modern trends in the field of benefits and last but not least supports the learning and development of all our people. An important part of her work is also branding and activities that help attract quality people and offer them the opportunity to work with new technologies in a stable international company, thus contributing to the creation and implementation of interesting projects.

Katarína Minarovičová
Vedúca katedry etickej a občianskej výchovy PdF, UK
Mgr. Katarína Minarovičová, PhD. has been working at the Department of Ethics and Civic Education at the Faculty of Education of Comenius University in Bratislava since 2005.
In her pedagogical activity she focuses on the creation of e-learning courses, she teaches courses on Gender Aspects of Education and Upbringing, Introduction to Gender Studies, Fundamentals of Sociology, Sociology of Education and Youth, Family and Child in Society, Social Issues of Sexuality and Gender.

Šárka Patkošová
Šárka Patkošová is a certified lecturer, mentor and soft-skills trainer with more than 15 years of experience in the field of adult development and education. She currently works as an Internal Lecturer, Soft-skills Trainer and Coach at the General Health Insurance Company, where she designs and leads company-wide training programs and initiatives, trains and coaches. She also works as a trainer at SUVko Coaching, where she focuses on corporate training and her heart topics such as presentation skills and female leadership. As part of her work with Google, she is a certified #Iam Remarkable workshop facilitator, under the umbrella of the Grow with Google program and is also a certified Lego Serious Play facilitator. Her passion is to develop and support people through experiential learning so they can achieve their goals and have a happy and fulfilled life.

Kamil Relovský
Kamil has more than 20 years of experience in HR management in Slovak and international companies (e.g. Dell, Amazon, Dedoles). He has supported companies in phases of rapid growth, optimization and restructuring. Since 2023, he has been operating under the HRlab brand and has been involved in coaching, mentoring, HR audit, process setup and other HR activities.

Radka Sláviková Geržová
Radka has been practicing law for more than 20 years. She is a Slovak and Czech attorney at bratis.law. Her favourite topic is labour law and negotiation of working conditions for employees, especially for women, parents with smaller children and single employees. She is also a mediator and arbitrator appointed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Slovak Republic for the negotiation of collective agreements between employers and employee representatives. It is from many years of collective bargaining that she has sufficient experience and information on the working and wage conditions of women, mothers and single employees. She also represents these categories of employees in court proceedings and tries to help them to enforce fair working conditions.

Workshop for teachers.
Workshop with Robert Barcik, author of the book “Mirror of Artificial Intelligence” and an experienced user of generative AI models in course development. The workshop will focus on the use of these tools in the creation and optimization of learning materials. We will explore the economic and pedagogical benefits, ethical dilemmas, as well as copyright issues and the potential substitutability of teachers by artificial intelligence.

Róbert Barcík
Robo started his lecturing journey while studying data science at Dalarna University in Sweden. He taught students at this university and at the same time started creating online educational content, which to date has helped over 20,000 students from all over the world. His lectures have now had more than 10 million views. After his studies, he went on to work in the Austrian banking sector where he worked for 5 years. He worked on various projects for banks in Central Europe using data science. Thanks to his passion for learning, he founded one of the most successful in-house training programs for the Austrian banking industry. He trained more than 300 new data scientists during multi-day courses.
